This beautiful house is located among the meadows. With as the most beautiful place of the house the veranda with stunning views. Here you can sit by the wood stove or lounge in the hanging chair and enjoy the beautiful view. The garden is fenced and is only for you, without others. There is also plenty of room for everyone inside. The house has a large kitchen, equipped with every luxury. And in the basement a sauna and a large playroom with soccer and table tennis table. Out of respect for the environment, we do not rent the nature house to groups of young people or companies that want to party until late at night.
Nature and surroundings
Of course, while staying in this nature house, you will enjoy going into the woods or meadows. The country house is surrounded by several, beautiful natural areas. In no time you can walk from the nature house to Egheria estate. This estate of natural monuments is located on and around the Tankenberg, with 85 meters the highest point of Overijssel. From a dome on a mountain, enjoy the panoramic view all the way to Germany and experience the tranquility of the special nature. The Lutterzand is a regional hit. With your feet in the water or sunbathing at the Dinkel. The meandering river seeks its way through nature. As the flowing water continually gnaws away at pieces of the bank, it creates beautiful sandy strips and spectacular erosions. The Lutterzand with its 750 hectares is a very varied nature reserve with pine trees, deciduous trees, junipers, sand drifts and heaths.
