A Tiny house completely free located directly on the water with no other houses around it and a large garden bordered with trees. The cottage is new with everything in it; a living room with comfortable seating, breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery/glassware) and has Wifi. In addition, a bathroom with spacious shower cabin, sink and toilet. And a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The cottage can accommodate 3 people, has a Scandinavian interior using as many natural and sustainable materials as possible. On the veranda you can sit until late in the evening sun. The garden offers both sun and shade through trees and an unobstructed view over the water with swimming jetty where you can take a refreshing dip. The cottage includes a 2-person canoe, surfboard and a boat with paddles to the Loosdrecht lakes to go.
Nature and surroundings
Unique place in protected nature reserve in the Randstad at half hour drive from Amsterdam and 20 car minutes from Utrecht. Very quiet location on private water where you can sail, surf, supp, swim, etc. Located behind the Loosdrecht lakes on the fourth lake, where you can take a boat to cozy restaurants. The village center of Breukelen is a 10 minute bike ride away for shopping or a cup of coffee. From the cottage you can also make beautiful bike rides including along the Vecht. For children, natural swimming pool the Meent is within walking distance.
