This Church cottage is a beautiful vacation home in an idyllic location. The nature house is decorated very stylishly and romantically. The owner has combined the original character of the small church with comforts of today - this creates a unique and homely atmosphere. From the living room and the terrace there is a view of the green landscape. Layout: on the ground floor there is a modern and bright living room with gas fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen (with dishwasher) and with dining table, a modern, spacious bathroom with toilet and a storage room. There is somewhat steep stairs to the second floor; here is the open bedroom with double box spring bed (180x200) and views of the beautiful landscape. 2 electric bikes can be rented from the owner. The cost is 20 euros per day per bike. You can make beautiful bike tours.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located about 5 km from Franeker; an idyllic harbor town. Here there is the possibility to rent a boat and discover the area from the water. From the nearby city of Harlingen you can take the ferry to the islands of Terschelling and Vlieland. In addition, you can reach the beautiful cultural and student city of Leeuwarden within 10 minutes by car.
