On one of the most beautiful spots on the Den Alerdinck estate you will find this nature house. A nice quiet place with a wide view over the countryside. You can live here at a special rate, with 7 people on the ground floor or use the first floor with groups up to 15 people. See the floor plan in the photo gallery. (3 x 1 and 2 x 2 ground floor 2 x 2 and 4 x 1 first floor). The nature house is equipped with every comfort, a fireplace with a beautiful hearth and a beautiful living kitchen. Opening doors and a large terrace and private parking. Each room has its own shower and toilet with sink. Here breathes the calm and tranquility you are looking for when you want to spend a week to yourself. You are completely self-supporting, but if desired we can have meals delivered by our house caterer. This accommodation is also very suitable for meetings, trainings and workshops.

The surroundings of this nature house are beautiful: with wonderful hiking and biking trails, which take you through the beautiful landscape. The special thing is, that Den Alerdinck estate is still complete. In the archives, the estate first appears around 1431. For example, there is the old "sea dyke" that runs around the original estate. Our neighbors, Natuurmonumenten's Colckhof estate, have wonderful hiking trails found on the Natuurmonumenten website. The Sallandse Heuvelrug, the Vecht valley and the IJssel valley are among one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands. Visit the Hanseatic cities: Zwolle (12 km), Deventer (30 km) or Kampen (30 km). Or tourist town Dalfsen (13 km) and Hattem (15 km). In Heino ( 6 km) you will find castle the Nijenhuis with museum the Fundatie. This house is not rented to groups of young people because of its tranquility. Ample parking on site.
