What a wonderful place this is! Hear the birds singing ....beschut south facing terrace, tranquility, space and panoramic views ... what more could you want? This nature house has a cozy living room with kitchenette (fridge freezer, microwave with convection oven, coffee and tea making facilities), dining and separate sitting area, box spring bed (1.60 x 200). Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is a rotating Smart TV (including Netflix) with many NL and German channels. Free use can be made of the covered outdoor kitchen (April to approx. October). In fine weather you sit at the picnic table or on the lounge sofa also delicious. HANDY TO KNOW: - Bed is made upon arrival - A set of kitchen towels and bath towels are waiting for you. - Due to ceiling height in the shower, this cottage is less suitable for people taller than 1.90 m.
Nature and surroundings
At the back of our residential farmhouse "Maria's Hoeve" are two guesthouses, both for two persons. For those who love peace, space and beautiful nature, this is the ideal place. This ground floor guesthouse is located on the south side of our farmhouse in hamlet De Westen (located north of the village " Den Hoorn") and offers a beautiful view over the meadows. The Texel Pine Forest is about 1 kilometer away. Through this green area run beautiful hiking and cycling routes. From the farmhouse you cycle through woods and dunes within 10 minutes to the wide North Sea beach. Also nearby are beautiful nature reserves, such as "De Geul" and "De Hors". Texel is so versatile, come and experience it :-)
