This cottage is located in the characteristic courtyard of Lavau, a small vacation domain and is a wonderfully spacious 4-person cottage with a large private terrace. The nature house is a comfortable gîte suitable for 4 people, but of course it is also a good place for two. The gîte was built in the winter of 2017/2018 in an old stable. A new gîte, which more than meets all the requirements of our time, but where many authentic details have been preserved. We will give you a brief tour. You enter the living area with on the right a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob with hood, microwave and of course plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery. The living area has a cozy dining and sitting area where of course a television with DVD player and a mini hi-fi set are not lacking. Furthermore, the ground floor offers a toilet and a spacious storage closet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The nature house is located in the Parc naturel regional Loire-Anjou-Touraine, a large protected natural area where landscape management receives a lot of attention. Among other things, you can follow part of the cycle route La Loire à vélo through the park. For the hiker, the region also offers an extensive network of short and long hiking trails. Been active on a hot day and looking to cool off? That's fine in the village. There is a lovely swimming lake where even the little ones can splash around. For centuries the Loire has been known as the garden of France, and the nobility liked to settle there. During a tour of the Lavau area, one beautiful château after another looms up. Whether you've been out all day or enjoyed the tranquility of Lavau, the day is only complete when you sit down to the delicious three-course dinner that we serve several times a week.
