Quiet sunny villa ( 1909) with (unheated) pool (shaded in the morning) in a wooded area. From the terraces you overlook an English landscape garden. The nature house has on the ground floor a spacious hall with separate toilet and another hall. Furthermore, there is a Z-shaped room. This room consists of a dining area (dining table of 3 meters) a sitting area and a separate TV corner with sofa. Furthermore, there is a spacious kitchen with 2 dishwashers, induction hob and 2 ovens. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with 2nd refrigerator, washing machine . First floor has three double bedrooms and a modern bathroom. In the garden there is plenty of sitting and lying space. There is an outdoor fireplace and a trampoline. The pool is open (weather permitting) from May 18 until the end of September. In the months of July and August 2021 is from 5 days to book (from Saturday, July 10 t / m september 5. Outside this period from 3 nights. In principle, no groups. Only in consultation.
Nature and surroundings
* There are beautiful cycling and hiking routes nearby. In nearby Den Dolder you can rent bikes.* A very short distance from the villa is Restaurant de Hoefslag. They provide takeaway meals. * Bosch en Duin is 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike from the Den Dolder train station. The convenient shopping center with supermarkets is also located there. There are frequent trains from this station to Utrecht (10 train minutes) where you practically get off in the center, and to Amersfoort Central Station (7 train minutes). Also there the station is a short distance from the city center. * In Utrecht you easily transfer to the many trains going to Amsterdam. By car it is 40 minutes to Amsterdam.* The nearby village Bilthoven ( 7 min by car) has a center with nice stores and of course the necessary supermarkets.
