Really something different Villa 1 has all the ingredients for a relaxing vacation. Because let's face it, let go of all that "should" for a few days and pamper yourself, we all want that. Our villas will lack nothing, everything has been thought of. Book a weekend away or vacation in a luxury vacation home to fully enjoy each other and your free time. Villa 1 is completely sustainable and architecturally built. So there is geothermal heating in the villa so the whole year a wonderful temperature in the winter warm and cool in the summer. The nature house is beautifully located on the edge of the nature reserve. You walk right into the area and it is surrounded by 4 estates. Zwaluwhof is a wonderful starting point to discover the beautiful vechtdal. Cycling and walking along rivers, castles, country houses and through beautiful nature reserves and picturesque villages.
