Our two generous vacation cottages are set in a deep garden. Each nature house is an independent unit. The houses are separated by a room in between; The Middenschip, with washing machine, drying racks and here is also an outdoor table tennis table. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker. Salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, coffee filters for the coffee maker, dishwasher detergent and washing-up liquid are standard in the kitchen. We make the beds for you. Guests with a wheelchair can stay with us. In that case, it is nice that you discuss the available facilities in advance to avoid disappointment. For each nature house there is one parking space available on our property. The second car can be parked on the street opposite our house.
Nature and surroundings
For peace, space and the outdoors. From the large windows you look into the greenery and can enjoy the many birds. Each house has its own terrace. The garden borders the small river De Raam with two decks for fishing and enjoying the view. From the garden you can walk or sail with the ready-made canoe, rowboat or kayak into the hidden Raamvallei, a beautiful nature reserve. An intensive walking and cycling network allows you to discover new places every day in the varied forest-agriculture, lake and river landscape. During your trips you will come across original tea gardens and surprising country shops. The supermarket is 1.6 km away. The fortified town of Grave, 2 km away, is an authentic, cozy town with nice stores and many eateries. You can choose from cozy terraces, some with views of the Meuse River. Nijmegen and Den Bosch are close by.
