On one of the most beautiful historic spots in the Zaan region is now the opportunity to rent this architecturally built water villa (240m2) for an unforgettable vacation. The water villa - built in 2020 - located on a dike on a tributary of the Zaan you sail right into the nature reserve! Rural living at its best, but with the amenities of the Zaanstreek within reach; and 20 minutes by car from Amsterdam. To the west the North Sea coast and to the east the dike with Volendam and Marken. Here you live in the middle of the seasons; in the summer you can sail beautifully here. In autumn it is a pleasure to walk or bike in the Wormer and Jisperveld and then warm up by the stove. In winter you can be the first to skate here on the small, shallow ditches. And when spring arrives you can see the lambs frolicking in the meadows, which you can look at beautifully from the nature house; because every window is a "room with a view".
