This lovely detached house with a large terrace overlooking the lake is located just 400 meters from the lake and the center of Gargnano. The nature house is located within a residence consisting of several individual villas, and is accessible only on foot through an internal narrow street after parking at 100 mt. The building is on 2 levels (first floor and basement). Through a private gate and a flight of steps one can reach the lake, beaches, and the center of the village of Gargnano (1500m) in only 5 minutes on foot. The garden of the house is enclosed by a gate and is partially shared with another villa. On the ground floor: bright living room with dining/kitchen area, double bedroom, twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor: small living room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Spacious outdoor area offering the opportunity to admire the typical vegetation and a panoramic view of the lake.
Nature and surroundings
The house is situated in the middle of historic lemon groves surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, Mediterranean plants such as oleanders, bougainvillea, caper bushes, laurel bushes, etc. The residence in which the vacation home is set is called Oliveto having originally been a large olive grove for the production of fine Garda olive oil. The 'oil is still produced by some owners by harvesting the olives produced by the olive trees.
