This nature house is a lovely large vacation home with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The Hoeve was completely remodeled as ecologically as possible 6 years ago. Toilets are flushed with rainwater, panels provide electricity and hot water and geothermal heat for heating. The ground floor of this nature house is 450 M2 and contains a library, living rooms, TV room, dining room and a spacious well-equipped kitchen. For people who are less able to climb stairs, there is a disabled room downstairs. Upstairs are the other six bedrooms, one of which has six beds. We use the farmhouse mainly for meditations and retreats. We have a beautiful meditation room built of loam and straw but sometimes there is a weekend or midweek left over where we host families or groups of friends. The farmhouse is fine Corona proof occupancy. There is plenty of space and with the routing through the building . For a midweek rental the departure time is Friday 10 am!!!

The farmstead is located on the edge of the Hanzebos, an old estates region of Salland close to Deventer (6km) and Zwolle. Wonderfully quiet. Walking and cycling is very good here. The IJssel is within walking distance and 5 castles within 4 km. Salland is known for its beautiful scenery, old trees, canals, small meadows and old estates. On the Zandwetering here 300m today you can canoe, From the wetering you can walk marked routes and short routes together. Salland is a real cycling area and very varied. Deventer center, with waag and picturesque center is 7 km cycling. Olst station is 3 km and the train drops you off at Museum de Fundatie, center Zwollen or Deventer. The IJssel lie within walking distance right behind Castle de Haere and if you take the ferry across in Olst you soon come to the also beautiful Veluwe. On the grounds nesting barn owls, collared redstarts, thrushes and wagtails and much more. Actually, you don't have to leave the grounds.
