It's not perfect... it's Paradise at Château de la Preuille. Many centuries ago, grapes were pressed at this location to make wine. Now, it is a unique holidayhouse overlooking the moat of the castle. Enjoy a glass of wine or a barbecue on your own terrace, under the old trees. This cottage has a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a dining area with a large table. Ideal for families with young children but also for a romantic stay. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Living room with seating area by the fireplace and a large dining table; Open kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, and coffee maker. Beautiful view of the castle moat. Bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Bedroom with comfortable bed (180cm x 200cm). Sofa bed in the living room (140cm x 190cm). In the middle of nature, surrounded by vineyards. The Chateau has 8ha of land and is close to everything; Discover the extraordinary city of Nantes, spent a day at the beach or go the theme park "Puy du Fou". There is so much to discover in our region. The Château is an old feudal residence and counts as one of the oldest Châteaux in the Loire Valley. Dating from the eleventh century, it took its present form in the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries. The Vendée enjoys the most sun hours per year in France and has a climate similar to that of the Mediterranean region, according to Meteo France, hence, the name “Côte de Lumière” or Coast of Light. It’s an ideal region in which to spend your holiday or weekend trip.
