This wellness campsite is also camping (with your own tent), but different! This campsite distinguishes itself from others by the presence of 3 saunas and cozy rest room, with in the wellness garden a cold/warm shower with dumping bucket, plunge pool, herbal bath and a wood-fired hot-tub. A sunbathing area with hammocks and sunbeds complete the scene. Bathing clothes are not allowed in the sauna and hot-tub. Because of the corona, the sunbathing area is too small, your tent or caravan is now a.k.a. in our sauna garden. The campsite is thus clothing optional. Under the motto: Just respect each other! Sanitary facilities: shower, 2 toilets, a sink for dishes and a dump chemical toilet. There is free WiFi. If you want to be creative e.g. sculpting or mosaics, there are tools available. You take care of the materials yourself. The 8 pitches are around a natural pond. Partly because of the steep banks, it is a child-free campsite. The site is fenced and the gate is locked.
Nature and surroundings
On private property is a natural swimming pond, the water is filtered by helophytes (marsh plants). Around the plot are trees and shrubs. Birds find water and trees an ideal habitat. Within walking distance you are in the nature reserve the Eerdse Bergen and Vlagheideberg, this former 25 meter high landfill has been given back to nature. A little further away you will find the Wijbosche Broek and the Vresselse bossen.
