Our country house is located on the northeastern slope of Majella Park, and although it is completely surrounded by nature, it is very easy to reach because it is only 10' from the Alanno-Scafa highway exit and 30 km from Pescara and 15' from Caramanico Terme and Roccamorice. The farm is surrounded by 8 hectares of forest, from where the path to Cusano Falls begins. Renovation work, just completed, has made the structure earthquake resistant. The B&B has 12 beds: 2 double rooms with bathrooms, one of which is barrier-free, and an apartment consisting of two rooms and a kitchenette, all with independent entrances. On the third floor we have a 32-square-meter suite. Our guests are served an Italian breakfast with typical and homemade delicacies. For meals we have an agreement with restaurants that are a few minutes from the house and if you want they also do take-out meals.

Majella Park has wild and unspoiled nature. Along the hundreds of trails that wind through its interior in addition to admiring breathtaking views, if you are lucky, you can spot deer, deer, wolves, bears, foxes and wild boars. Excursions to the famous Celestine hermitages set in the rock of San Bartolomeo, Santo Spirito and San Giovanni are truly unique.Do not miss the wonderful Orfento River Valley, where you can choose more or less challenging circuits depending on your level of training.You can stay in the lush lower part of the river or climb up to the upper area to admire the river gorges.For free climbing enthusiasts 15' from here is one of the most beautiful crags in Italy, the Bear Wall in Roccamorice with more than 300 routes, but you can also reach many others, such as the one in Caramanico and Pennapedimonte. There are also many trails that can be traveled by bike, and it is possible to rent e bikes.
