Spacious, luxurious Bungalow (100m²) with air conditioning. Layout: Hallway/entrance, spacious living room with comfortable lounge sofa, large flat screen Smart TV and cozy round dining table. Open spacious kitchen with all modern appliances and cooking utensils. Master bedroom with double box spring, closet, private sink and access to the garden and private terrace. Second bedroom with double bed, closet and access to the garden/terrace. Luxurious, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. Separate toilet. From the living room, French doors provide direct access to a covered and open terrace complete with outdoor furniture and sun chairs. Behind the bungalow is a garden shed with cover for storage of bicycles (incl. charging possibility). Incl. 2 parking spaces directly at the bungalow with charging station for electric cars. Free high speed WiFi. NOTE: The Finnish (private) outdoor sauna at the bungalow is optional and can be booked with the owner.
Nature and surroundings
This very spacious, modern 4-person bungalow (100m²) with 2 bedrooms, is located in an idyllic place; at the edge of the forest and surrounded by a spacious beautiful garden (1700m²) with fence for optimal privacy and tranquility. Nearby is a good restaurant with playground and waterside terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious brunch, dinner or high tea. You can also use the tennis court (free of charge). In Denekamp you can rent (electric) bikes, which are delivered and picked up at the cottage. The beautiful Twente is of course perfect for wonderful cycling and walking tours. Situated between the German border and the towns of Denekamp and picturesque Ootmarsum, the bungalow has the ideal location for trips in the Netherlands and Germany. Sights: Singraven estate and house, Museum Wonderrijck Twente, art town Ootmarsum, nature reserves Springendal, Bergvennen and Lutterzand, Cosmos Observatory etc.
