This vacation home is located in the recreation area the Borkeld. The nature house is not located on a park, but is surrounded by many recreational homes. The vacation home is situated on a plot of over 1,700 m² of private land. At the rear is a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the sun or shade throughout the day. While you enjoy the peace and quiet, the squirrels jump from tree to tree and you can undoubtedly spot many birds. In the garden there is a trampoline for the children. The house has internet and television via fiber. The kitchen has a nespresso machine, gas stove with large oven, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms are equipped with closets and box-spring beds. The compact bathroom has a rain shower. From the room you look through the French doors onto the terrace where you can enjoy the view any time of day.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the recreation area the Borkeld near the village of Holten. The area is located at the foot of the Holterberg and is therefore ideal for a walking and cycling vacation. Around the recreation area there are many hiking and cycling routes. The village of Holten is located about 2.6 kilometers away. The village consists of a cozy center with nice terraces, supermarkets and a number of stores. Would you like to look for some more hustle and bustle during your vacation? Due to the location of the recreation area near the A1 motorway, you can quickly reach the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer or head further into Twente towards Enschede. If the cottage is left after your stay as described in the house rules, no cleaning fee will be charged. If the cottage is not left properly, € 50, - will be deducted from the deposit. Arrival is contactless and possible daily with arrival from 10:00 am and check out until 4:30 pm.
