A 3-hour drive from Utrecht lies this nature house, quietly located on a sunny mountain slope. From the partially covered terrace you have a view of the valley of Husen-Lichtenau. After a day exploring the vast nature of the Sauerland, you can fully enjoy the sunset here. It is wonderfully quiet, the vegetation is exuberant, especially in spring with many spring flowers, and in autumn it is very colorful. Inside it is cozy and modern with a cozy sitting area and a dining area overlooking the valley. The bedroom is on the shady side and has a spacious double bed with an elevated entry. The kitchen is cozy, well equipped and has plenty of counter space. The nature house is accessible without elevation. Restaurant Die Fabrik is convivial, Tom serves delicious meals. The environment with forests and mountains is inviting for peace, space and nature seekers. This nature house also suits an active, sporty vacation. There are plenty of cycling and hiking opportunities (bike rental possible in Paderborn 20 minutes away, solid and easy (electric) bike carrier is in the cottage and is available during stay). Golfers will find plenty of facilities in the vicinity. Winterberg and Willingen are a 30/45 minute drive away. There are plenty of attractions in the area. The beautiful nature park with wisents in Warburg, the cozy town of Paderborn, Monastery Dalheim with a beautiful garden and a cozy cafe, a beautiful and sustainable natural pool and the nature and recreation area Diemelsee are some of the attractions in the area.
