This nature house is an attractive, spacious and comfortable apartment in a beautiful mound village. Nice place to enjoy a vacation in peace and quiet and from here to cycle through the beautiful rural surroundings. You have access to private entrance, living room with kitchen, spacious bathroom, bedroom with sink. The whole is equipped with underfloor heating. HDMI cable available to use your own laptop to watch TV / movies. Optionally, 2 beds / toddler bed can be added. The apartment is adapted for the disabled. You have complete privacy, but will probably hear some noises from our cozy family with 4 children. The Secret Annexe is fully equipped. All the necessities for a possible longer stay. You have access to a private terrace with sun and shade and views of ancient farms. The mini-village is pleasant to stroll through. Perhaps the sheep are in the meadow in front of the Secret Annex!
Nature and surroundings
We live in a beautiful place, where people have lived for centuries; Hamingen is an attractive mound village with only 8 farms. The area is ideal for cycling through the varied landscape. Nearby are nature reserve De Wieden and Weerribben (canoeing or boating), villages like Giethoorn, Staphorst and cities Zwolle and Meppel for cultural trips. A little further away, but great to do by bike are the Reestdal and the Dwingelerveld. We gladly provide you with tips for beautiful places and routes.
