The house is located in Pontelandolfo, a charming old rural town of about four thousand inhabitants, at an altitude of 525 meters, situated in the center of a small district still outside the canons of traditional tourism, but for this very reason still genuine and unspoiled. In a beautiful six-hectare park with olive grove, orchard, farm, pond, swimming pool and forest are the housing units, each independent from the other. The house measures 280 square meters, can accommodate 8 people and is divided as follows: Ground floor: kitchen and living-dining room First floor: living room with fireplace and terrace on the ground floor, 4 double rooms with bathroom (two with small terrace). In all rooms it is possible to add a third bed. At guests' disposal there is a beautiful park where you can take relaxing walks, an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court.
