Nature lovers beware! Here you can really enjoy walking or cycling in the nature reserves De Kempen, Catierheide, Vlasroot and Loondermolen. Around the corner is the Dommeldal nature reserve within cycling distance. For enthusiasts there is also a riding school nearby and you can enjoy horseback riding in the woods. A must is a visit to the nearby rustic Riethoven at 5 minutes cycling with several cafes and restaurants. Also the nearby beautiful villages Waalre, Westerhoven and Valkenswaard are very worthwhile.
