Nature house in Appelscha

Welcome to our nature house! The detached vacation house offers space for up to 6 persons (including babies). The house is located on the border of Friesland and Drenthe. Stands on a large plot, with a living area of 100m2, completed in July 2020! House is cozy, rural modern and comfortably furnished. The nature house is equipped with a spacious kitchen. Which is equipped with a combi microwave, dishwasher, induction hob and fridge freezer. The dining and sitting room are garden-oriented, giving you a view of the spacious backyard, and forest and heathland behind. For some extra atmosphere, the living room has a wood stove. The luxurious bathroom has a sink, bathtub and spacious shower facilities. Toilet is in a separate room. Adjacent to the bathroom is a double bedroom with built-in closet. The upper floor has 2 double bedrooms, both with built-in closet. And there is a toilet.

The nature house is located on the border of Appelscha and Elsloo. With as backyard the forest, moorland of the Drents-Friese Wold and within walking distance of natural swimming Lake Canada. In this environment you can fully enjoy your vacation of almost the largest contiguous forest area of our country, the Drents-Friese Wold. Not only the forest makes this area special but through the sand drifts to fens, and from heath to swamp. Numerous hiking trails, cycling and MTB routes characterize this area. There are many activities to do in the vicinity. An ideal environment for the nature lover, the peace seeker and the sports enthusiast. On the edges of this vast forest area are atmospheric and friendly villages, each with their own history. You will also find places to eat and drink or cozy on the terrace, and there are opportunities for bicycle rental. You are most welcome to stay in our beautiful vacation home!
