An authentic farmhouse with a dwelling house, a beautiful barn and a charming rabbit and chicken coop. The place has an older forest of oaks, hornbeam and various other trees. At the edge of the forest flows La Sonne, a small river and its own spring that are freely accessible.Furthermore, there are vast meadows where the horses live together in herd, grazing, basking in the sun or enjoying a shady spot. At the nature house, the silence of nature prevails. The tent can be placed in an orchard separated from the rest of the farm. There is a private washroom with a hot shower, a sink, a sink and a toilet. In the village of Vigoux there is a local restaurant offering a daily meal at € 13.50 pp. and on Friday evening pizza can be taken away, both subject to reservation. The nature house is part of the Brenne Regional Nature Park, one of the best kept secrets in France. The wild area, also called the "Land of a Thousand Lakes" is located some 270 km south of Paris between Chateauroux and Poitiers. The Brenne is dotted with more than 2,000 lakes and covers an area of 166,000 hectares. Its flora and fauna make this area a dream destination for plant and bird lovers. Its lakes, marshes and reed beds, forests, moors and pastures (for the Limousin or Charolais cattle) are home to over 2300 animal species and 1200 plant species.Nearby are a number of small historic villages and you can visit Argenton-Sur-Creuse
