The Holiday Home is a characteristic cozy stone house (maison en pierre) in the Ardeche. The nature house is a converted old farmhouse and is located in a beautiful part of the Ardeche. Cosy and rustic furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a lovely large balcony / terrace facing south with stunning views over the valley. Downstairs there is a kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and the living room with wood stove. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. From the living room there is a large balcony/terrace above a carport where you can enjoy the sun and the view. The terrace is mostly covered with a grape bush. In the summer months there is a temporary pool to cool off in.( 3.7 meters diameter and 80 cm deep)

The nature house is located just outside the picturesque village of Labatie d'Andaure. Market: In the area of Labatie d'Andaure, Désaignes and Lamastre there is a variety of markets (wo brocantes), concerts, exhibitions and festivals throughout the year. Swimming: In Labatie-d'Andaure in the river 'Le Doux' is a beautiful swimming place (plan d'eau) with a beach where you can swim, fish and build dams. In Désaignes there is a similar picturesque swimming spot and also near Lamastre (near camping Le Retourtour) and In the Valley of Eyrieux (between Lamastre and Le Cheylard) there is a large open air swimming pool with a slide and terraces. At 20 min by car is Lac de Devesset, this is a large lake where you can swim, pedal boat, surf, walk and picnic. Hiking: From Désaignes you can choose from several marked hiking trails through unspoiled nature. Cycling: The area around Labatie d'Andaure is very popular with cycling enthusiasts.
