3 apartments and an additional separate bedroom with bathroom in a complex for sole use and with private pool in the middle of nature. This wonderful vacation home for families or groups (single use), was once an old mill but now converted into 3 cozy apartments, each with its own kitchen. The nature house is located in the green hills near Castelnuovo di val di Cecina. In the large garden is a pool (10X5) with terrace where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. At the back of the garden flows a babbling shallow stream where children can romp. At about 3 km you will find the first village with supermarket and restaurant. App.1 has 2 bedrooms with in the room a sofa bed for 2 persons. App. 2 has 1 bedroom with in the room a sofa bed for 2 persons. App. 2 has 1 bedroom with in the room a sofa bed for 2 persons. There is an additional bedroom with bathroom in the complex with private entrance. All apartments have a kitchen and a bathroom.

This vacation farm is truly in the middle of nature. There is even a private vegetable garden that one may use. The vacation farm is located 3 km from the characteristic medieval village of Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina. A short distance from the vacation farm there are dense chestnut woods where in autumn you can collect chestnuts and mushrooms. Every year the chestnut festival is celebrated in mid-October. For lovers of trekking and mountain bikes, there are numerous nature trails. Nearby you can admire the geothermal ground phenomena with its steaming steam and hot springs. Not far: San Gimignano and thus Siena and other cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. While staying in the vacation farmhouse it is also possible to visit the following nearby seaside resorts, such as: Follonica or San Vincenzo. The latter has a beach for dogs.
