The approx. 100m² large, high-quality furnished vacation apartment on two levels + south-facing balcony + terrace + garden with sauna house & outdoor sleeping area + covered parking space + storage space for skis and toboggans is located in a generously and organically built semi-detached house above a small alpine pasture, halfway up the mountain, on a south-facing slope. YOU can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains, ski slopes and the village from both living levels and from the garden. YOU enter the extraordinary vacation home from the covered parking lot through the separate front door, the hallway, a room with double bed to the spacious eat-in kitchen with cooking island and adjoining south-facing balcony including table group. On the same living level there is an extra WC and a cupboard with washing machine. The staircase takes YOU to the garden level with the large bedroom with double and single bed, bathroom, access to the terrace, arcades with fitness equipment, the garden with sauna (sole use).
Nature and surroundings
We are a premium partner. In the period from 10.5.-19.10.25 the mountain railways in our high valley can be used free of charge and as often as you like. The Biohausatelier apartment is in a biologically built semi-detached house. YOU sleep in ÖkoControl certified beds. Our highlight is the OUTDOOR bed under the arcades. Here YOU can spend the night outdoors in any weather and watch the stars. The house is located in the middle of the Wildschönau- Alpbachtal ski and hiking area in the popular Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol. The skiing and hiking area of the Wilder Kaiser Kitzbühel region is also just a 10-minute drive away. The heated outdoor pool right next to us is also free of charge.
