This cozy vacation home with beautiful garden is located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, 8 km from the tourist town of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Located at the edge of a quiet village, it is the ideal base for beautiful hiking and cycling trips. Many activities nearby.Suitable for 5 (-max.6) persons, 3 bedrooms. Bathroom with bath and shower. Bed and/or bath linen and breakfast can be provided on site via partner. The cozy living space is equipped with wood stove, underfloor heating, central heating, open kitchen, free WIFI and Smart TV. The large garden has a BBQ, fire basket, playing field with petanque court, volleyball net, nesting swing, soccer goal, play tower, ... Everything is child-friendly (toys, stair gates, baby bed, changing table). Arrival from 4 p.m., departure before 10 a.m. (except Sundays before 6 p.m.) The owners speak Dutch, French, English and a little German.
Nature and surroundings
On top of a hill you will find this Nature House. It is located at the edge of the village at 430m altitude. It consists of 2 completely separate gîtes. Each cottage has a private terrace and a private garden. In addition, there is a large (about 1500m2), fenced garden with play equipment, volleyball net and a petanque court. From the village depart very beautiful hiking trails (including to the Ourthe, Lake Nisramont, ...). Many activities are possible in the area: castle, wildlife park, Houtopia (theme park about senses with playground for children), mountain cart, Parc Chlorophylle (forest park with thematic playgrounds), swimming or canoeing in the Ourthe, pedal boats, climbing course, brewery Achouffe, tourist town of La Roche-en-Ardenne with cozy restaurants, outdoor swimming pool (July-August), ..... 37 km from Durbuy, 20 km from Bastogne, 19 km from Houffalize, 23 km from Baraque de Fraiture, 20 km from Rendeux, 9 km from la Roche-en-Ardenne, 38 km subtropical swimming pool.
