Along the kilometers of sandy beaches you can enjoy walking along the tide line, sunbathing and swimming. The fantastic shopping town of Alkmaar is 5 km away. This city was crowned the most beautiful shopping city in the Netherlands. Amsterdam: by train from Alkmaar you can be in the center of Amsterdam within 40 minutes.
