The nature house is located in a fine, natural place surrounded by water. The guesthouse is part of our residential house and yet you have all the privacy: your own parking on the island and your own entrance from the back. The studio features an inviting space with a comfortable bed (140 cm wide). In the same space there is a sitting area where you can enjoy a small meal or read a book. Furthermore, you have a kitchenette with a double individual hob, microwave oven, kettle, fridge + freezer. The spacious bathroom can be comfortably called mini spa: here you can relax in style and the designer sauna will melt away all the stress and strain of everyday life. If you want to retreat in rainy weather, you can watch a documentary/feel-good movie on your own notebook or tablet via our guest account on Netflix. Furthermore, you have inspiring books and magazines at your disposal.
Nature and surroundings
This is your spot when you love water & relaxation. The nature house is a hidden gem between Utrecht, Amsterdam and Leiden and has a view of water from all windows. You can amuse yourself for hours watching the skies, wild geese or the heron that regularly passes by your private piece of backyard on the decking. Slow living pure, including sauna and inspirational books in the studio. And if you want to go out, we have beautiful hiking or biking routes through quiet areas for you. Feel free to discover what this beautiful nature has in store and rent our guest bike with gears (1 bike). The water in our backyard is unfortunately not suitable for swimming. However, there is a cozy beach (with beach tent) in Nieuwkoop (4 km away) where you can have a good time.
