The coziness of a small-scale campsite, the luxury and convenience of a vacation home. In this cottage on our small-scale campsite you can still enjoy the singing of the birds, the space and nature. A wonderful base to discover the Achterhoek. Explore the surroundings during the day or spend a day at the campsite. After which you can enjoy the evening under the stars by the campfire. With us you can! The cottage has a spacious living room with a large open kitchen. This is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. You have your own terrace, so you can sit outside and fully enjoy the beautiful weather. If you want you can also rent bed linen, just send us a message and we will make sure it is ready. A crib and highchair are free, just let us know so you do not miss out.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ruurlo, in the heart of the Achterhoek. The Achterhoek is known for its coulisse landscape. A beautiful place in a wooded area. From the vacation homes you can walk or cycle straight into the woods. Go to the Stelkampsveld, a beautiful Natura 2020 area, or take a nice walk on the Lochemse Berg or Kaleberg. There are also several beautiful bicycle routes, over nice (sandy) roads, such as the church paths around Ruurlo, the Castles Route, etc. Of course there are also beautiful mountain bike routes to find, you can get on your mountain bike right from our campsite. In Ruurlo you will find among other things castle Ruurlo in which Mueum More is located, a climbing forest and a large maze. In the vicinity of Ruurlo you will find, among other things, the ancient Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Doesburg and numerous other beautiful villages and towns, such as Borculo, Lochem and Vorden. There are also several museums to visit in the vicinity.
