Located at the edge of a quiet village, this charming nature house offers a wonderful stay in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. The house is spacious and nicely furnished, with a cozy wood stove, underfloor heating, an open kitchen, a private infrared sauna and a lovely 8-person Jacuzzi.There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with both a bath and a shower.There is a large garden with trampoline, swing, soccer goal, slide, volleyball net, .Bed and/or bath linen and breakfast can be provided by partner on request. The owners speak Dutch, French, English and a little German and are ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible. ATTENTION: Arrival is possible from 16h00 and departure before 10h00 (on Sunday until 18h00).
Nature and surroundings
On top of a hill you will find this property, located at the edge of the small village of Warempage at 430m altitude. It consists of 2 completely separate gîtes. Each gîte has a private terrace and a private garden. In addition, there is a large (about 1500m2), enclosed garden with play equipment, volleyball net and a petanque court with a beautiful view of the valley. From the village depart very beautiful hiking trails (including to the Ourthe, Lake Nisramont, Mousny, ...) Nearby: castle, wildlife park, Houtopia (theme park with playground for children), Parc Chlorophylle (forest park with thematic playgrounds), swimming or canoeing in the Ourthe, pedal boats, climbing forest, brewery Achouffe, tourist town of La Roche-en-Ardenne, outdoor swimming pool (July-August), mountain karting, .. 9 km to La Roche-en-Ardenne, 37 km to Durbuy, 20 km to Bastogne, 19 km to Houffalize, 23 km to Baraque de Fraiture, 20 km to Rendeux, 9 km to La Roche-en-Ardenne, 38 km from subtropical swimming pool, 28 km from Luxembourg.
