This nature house is a beautiful farmhouse that is now 100 years old. Built in 1916 and renovated in 2020. A new loft was built on the second floor of the building. The beam construction has remained visible, creating a wonderfully authentic high open space (5 meters high). Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 3-meter-long kitchen with a separate kitchen island. The farmhouse is located in nature, at the rear is an unobstructed view, at the front the main road from Borculo to Neede. The ceilings are 5 meters high and together with the steel door, give that wonderful loft feeling. Heating is by a combination of Pellet stove and central heating. Birds of various plumage fly in and out, regularly larger game can be spotted, including deer. Sunset in the right weather offers a beautiful spectacle. The Bolsbeek, Needseberg, forests, everything is within cycling distance.
