In the beautiful forest and moorland of Epe is this nature house for 6 people (max. 4 adults/2 child) on a plot of 700 m2 (completely fenced). The spacious vacation home is fully equipped. Basic prices are for 2 persons and include free Wi-Fi, electricity, water and firewood. The gas consumption (a € 1.45 per m3) of your stay will be deducted from the deposit. Pets are welcome! Ground floor: Entrance hall with open staircase and loft. Spacious living room with central heating, wood stove, open kitchen with 4 ring gas hob, coffee maker (filter) and refrigerator. Spacious utility room with 2nd toilet, combi oven / microwave, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and storage room. Through the sliding doors access to the sunny terraces. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Spacious carport. Second floor: bedroom with 1x double bed, bedroom with 2x single bed. Both with spacious wardrobes. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. All rooms have mosquito nets.
Nature and surroundings
You can walk or cycle from the vacation home into the woods of Epe and Heerde. This is the habitat of deer, wild boar, roe deer, foxes, badgers and since a few years also the wolf. The villages of Epe, Heerde, Hattem, Emst and Vaassen are a short distance from the cottage. Here you will find various facilities including stores, supermarkets, wellness and recreational lakes. Vacation home Sprengenbos is located on the cycling node system and in the immediate vicinity are several wooden shoes paths to find (leaflets and routes are in the vacation home). See you soon!
