Cozy and spacious chalet located in Biron, about ten km from Durbuy. The chalet has downstairs one bedroom with double bed, sauna with shower and separate toilet in the garage. The mezzanine is at floor-level with the garden at the back and has a spacious terrace with patio furniture. The spacious living room with pellet stove has a dining area with equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Senseo...) and a spacious lounge that gives direct access to the terrace and garden. On the mezzanine floor there is one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the mezzanine floor you have two bedrooms with a double bed. The mezzanine has a sitting/reading area with TV. There is private parking on the plot and a nice unobstructed view of nature from the terrace.
