Our 4 person cottage ( 2 adults / 2 children or 3 adults) is located in a large wooded area on a spacious plot of 996 m2 with wood-fired HOTTUB in the garden, free and surrounded by nature. The house was completely remodeled in 2020 with a new built-in kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator and induction hob and combination microwave. In the barn there is an extra refrigerator with freezer. Cozy living room with panoramic views over the forest plot. Family bedroom with a spacious double bed and a loft with two good beds, spacious open shower room with sink and toilet. The layout is inspired by a Loft and through Tiny House solutions we have created a very cozy house with a lovely open character. Located on a generous forest plot with lots of privacy and a generous barn. There is also a "Weber" bbq on charcoal available. Dogs are not allowed.

The nature house is located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Holten, at the foot of National Park the Salland Ridge. Here you can enjoy walking and cycling. Nature reserves "De Borkeld" and "Elsenerveld" are within cycling distance of the house. In the vicinity are several trips to make, including to outdoor pool "Twenhaarsveld", this pool is located 10 minutes by bike from our house. Within cycling distance is also Hanseatic city Deventer, shopping town Rijssen, the Canadian Cemetery Holten, Nature Museum Holterberg or Observatory Hellendoorn. The village of Holten also offers all kinds of amenities, from nice terraces and restaurants, to several supermarkets. In the center opposite the train station is a bicycle rental Jan Stam where you can rent various types of bikes including mountain bikes and E-bikes. So it is also ideally located for if you want to come by public transport. vacation home is about 15 minutes by bike from the center.
