When you drive up the long path all the hustle and bustle immediately falls away from you; completely free there is a characteristic farmhouse with attractive small nature house (also 30s) attached to it. The owners live on the other side, so you notice nothing of each other. The yard surrounds both houses with flowers, vegetable garden, orchard and cats, chickens, and bees, in short, a wonderful place to forget the hustle and bustle and just relax. The cottage consists of a small bedroom with double bed (1.60x2.00m) with 2 single comforters, living room with dining table with 4 chairs and spacious, comfortable sofa, kitchen with all appliances (microwave and dishwasher, filter coffee machine) toilet and separate shower.

The nature house is located between the Twente Canal and Berkel (in both to swim in the summer!), in the beautiful coulisse landscape of the Achterhoek, within walking distance of the Velhorst estate. Besides the Pieterpad, the cottage is also on many other walking and cycling routes, including mountain bike routes. Beautiful old towns like Lochem and Hanseatic city Zutphen are nearby (befietsbaar) as the 8 castle village Vorden and many other estates as the Groote Veld, 't Waliën and Lochemse Berg are free to visit. Museum visits to Museum More in Gorssel are also among the possibilities.
