Very well located chalet with Hot Tub and a unique view over the Ourthe Valley, in Beffe, near La Roche-en-Ardennes and Hotton. On the ground floor you have the billiard room with wood stove, two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside you have a wood-fired Hot Tub with a magnificent view.On the upper floor you have a spacious living room with lounge and wood stove, an open kitchen and a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet.The living room opens onto a spacious terrace around the house with the necessary terrace furniture and a unique view over the Ourthe Valley to enjoy the tranquility.There is ample private parking at the chalet. Access via dirt road - Snow chains necessary in case of snowfall. Youth groups are not allowed.
