Labirinto ECO is an apartment of about 80sq.m. located in a typical village in Calice Ligure in the hinterland of Finale Ligure.The house is independent and surrounded by greenery.It is arranged on three levels:- at the entrance on the ground floor is the living area with kitchen (induction), table, and an area where you can use two single armchair beds.- on the second floor is a sitting room from which you can access the terrace of about 40sq.m. - on the second floor is the master bedroom. The floors are connected to each other by an internal spiral staircase and an external staircase. The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), pellet stove in the living area, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, wifi, photovoltaic system for electricity production, private parking at about 40 m. We accept small pets only on request and with a small extra charge for cleaning.
