Gorgeous two-storey villa, exclusively positioned without being cut off from its surroundings, immersed in a small oak-wood that will render your stay crisp, even in a roasting day.Par Tòt proposes garden spaces to relax, dine under the stars and ultimately, slow down.Comfortably located between Fasano and Locorotondo, Par Tòt is ideal base to visit Valle d'Itria and, at the same time, enjoy the stunning seaside and beaches of Capitolo, the Coastal Dunes Park, and the Reserve of Torre Guaceto.Par Tòt is our home in the first place, that we furnished ourselves with unique handmade pieces.The house, fresh in summer and warm in winter because of it being built in big stone blocks, develops into two independent storeys with entrances on opposite sides. Each storey houses rooms and bathrooms, and provides direct access to the garden.
Nature and surroundings
Parco Tallinaio is a country district, a contrada, of Locorotondo. It is quite green and, thankfully, still not fully urbanized like the other contrade. It touches the roadway Locorotondo-Fasano, giving access to both Valle d'Itria and the seaside.Inside the Park, Par Tòt is exclusively located, as to allow guests to see and hear the sound of countless birds, and admire gorgeous sunsets and starry nights.Par Tòt is a perfect starting point to visit Valle d'Itria (Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Alberobello), to relax by the cristal-clear seawater of the Polignano-Monopoli-Egnathia-Ostuni coastline with the added value of going back at night, in a cosy and pleasingly fresh home.Par Tòt is also a base for the cycle route of the Acquedotto Pugliese.You are more than welcome to enjoy the space outside, play music, read, write, paint, photograph, relax, make some exercise, and obviously dine under the stars.
