Always wanted to know what it is like to sleep in a real Tiny house? Get away from the hustle and bustle and stay in a cozy nature house in nature? we offer 2 beautiful unique cottages in a meadow, adjacent to a horse farm. You can park next to the farm and from there you can take a private path to your cottage. Overlooking a meadow with cows or sheep, you can relax here. The Tiny Houses are fully equipped and well insulated so that even in the colder months it is lovely to stay. To keep the ecological footprint as small as possible, the Tiny Houses consist largely of recycled materials and have a composting toilet. It is also possible to bring your own horse. In short, a beautiful experience! (This reservation concerns the front Tiny house of the 2)
Nature and surroundings
Surhuizum is a quiet and small village in between Leeuwarden and Groningen. Experience both Friesland and Groningen! Surhuizum is located against Surhuisterveen, this village offers 4 supermarkets and many other stores. You can enjoy beautiful natural areas such as the Westerkwartier, National Park Lauwersmeer, nature reserve Earnewoude and the nature reserves of Appelscha. These can be found with just under half an hour's drive. Also a walk on the nearby sandy paths through the meadows is recommended. Also, day trips to the Wadden Islands of Schiermonnikoog and Ameland are easy to do.
