Peace, space, nature and comfort...That is what this cottage is all about. From the 60 meter long driveway you enter the yard. Here you will find this beautiful old farmhouse in which you are the sole occupant. In the front part of this farm you will find a beautiful, completely renovated nature house. In this farmhouse with thatched roof you will find a large luxury kitchen with granite top, five-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a microwave oven. In this room there is also a spacious dining area and a cozy reading corner to retreat to. In this farmhouse you will find two bedrooms both with a spacious double bed. There is also a separate television room with beautiful views, and a bathroom with a bathtub in which you can also shower. Through the French doors you reach the terrace with beautiful views over the meadows, where the horses and cows are within easy reach.... This farmhouse is completely detached with its own garden and terrace, so plenty of privacy.
Nature and surroundings
Nearby you will find the villages of Vaassen and Epe, both about 4 km away. Apeldoorn, Zwolle and Deventer are also easily accessible. Within walking distance you will find Welnessresort De Veluwse Bron, the trout farm Smallert and the recreational lake Kievitsveld, with several beaches and a water ski track. The house is located on the cycling network, and a wooden shoe path. This of course makes the house a wonderful starting point for long cycling and hiking trips. Due to the layout of our property, it is not suitable for children. You will find beds made on arrival. This cottage is also for two people to rent No. 50935.
