Come and enjoy our country cottage (with a lovely private hot tub for the enthusiast), the peace and quiet and the space. We are Joost and Lara and we live with our daughters in beautiful Den Velde. We have two dogs, a cat, chickens and three horses. Our nature house is perfect for 2 to 4 persons. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each room. There is also a simple but functional bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Doing the dishes as usual but oh well then you have the best conversations. In the kitchen is a wood stove. The first basket of wood is waiting for you. After that the wood can be booked at an additional charge. In the garden there is a garden table with 4 chairs.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in the beautiful Vecht valley, near the picturesque town of Gramsbergen. The Pieterpad runs 800m from the cottage. In Gramsbergen you will find a cozy brewery and two restaurants, one with a Michelin star. You will also find a supermarket and a train station. From our cottage you can walk right out the door. The most beautiful routes along the Vecht, parts of the Pieterpad or just a beautiful walk through the countryside. Furthermore, we sit at a cycling junction from which you can easily make cycling trips. Germany is a stone's throw away. A refreshing dip? Both swimming in the Vecht and swimming in the canal will cool you down. Also, in Hardenberg there is a lake where you can enjoy with the children.
