According to local history and archives, this house is around 250 years old. It was the home of the tenant farmers who worked for the bourgeois who lived next door. In the past, the house was actually 2 buildings, the part with the bedrooms being the grain silo. I completely renovated the house between 2005 and 2006, and kept the original walls, as well as some of the beams that are now visible in the kitchen and mezzanine. The stone sink is also original. There is WiFi in the house, as well as a Smart-TV with integrated ChromeCast. There's an office area in the mezzanine bedroom. Ideal for telecommuting, writing a book, or any other activity requiring an office area with an internet connection. The house has underfloor central heating and a wood-burning stove. No need to worry about half-season or winter stays. On the contrary, there's nothing better than enjoying Périgord gastronomy by the fire.
