Nature and surroundings
Your vacation home in Twente is located in the hamlet of Nutter, near Ootmarsum. In and around the rustic surroundings of Ootmarsum you can enjoy hiking and cycling amidst beautiful nature. At about 2.5 km from Erve Getkot art and culture lovers can indulge themselves in the center of the tourist town Ootmarsum. You can stroll around, have a bite to eat, visit the many galleries and learn more about the history of Ootmarsum. With the fun activities organized throughout the year, including the vlöggelen at Easter, the siepelmarkten in the summer, the art market and the Christmas market, there is plenty to do. Besides the many galleries, Ootmarsum also has wonderful museums: the Open Air Museum, the Drostenhuis and the Educatorium. The swimming pool De Dorper Esch in Denekamp is about 11 km away. During the summer season, the swimming pool De Kuiperberg in Ootmarsum is also open.
