We call our region the Westhoek, the most western part of Flanders. The municipality of Heuvelland owes its name to the West Flemish mountains. Our cottage is embedded between these hills in the classified landscape of the Kemmelberg. You experience the calm and tranquility. A must for hikers and cyclists. Nature at its best! But also a touch of entertainment, culture, history, war history, gastronomy, wine domains.Your host is a regional guide and provides, if desired, guided excursions, walks or bike rides in search of the most beautiful places in the region and by extension with the story of the events of the first world war.
