In the Frisian forests lies our Rural 5-person vacation home +/- 2 km from the village of Jubbega. Surrounded by nature, water, meadows and forest views. The cottage is indoors, completely private with private entrance + / - 125 M2. The accommodation has a fully facilitated kitchen, living room with cozy fireplace and Finnish Sauna.There are 3 Bedrooms, 2 in the basement and 1 on the ground floor. All amenities are included in the price, including tourist tax, except use of the charging station. There is an upstairs terrace and a waterfront terrace (no swimming water). Outdoor swimming pool 1 km away. Canoe and children's boat available. Boating area, length 0.5 km. Fixed BBQ. Play equipment is on private land of the landlord and can be used in consultation. Landlord is not liable for use of play equipment, canoe, boat or other attributes. Rental: from early May to late October, minimum 3 nights: More info: see facilities.
Nature and surroundings
From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the meadows and the setting sun, different species of birds, hares and, with some luck, groups of deer . In the vicinity are plenty of walking and cycling routes. The house is surrounded by nature reserves, such as the Dellebuursterheide, Lippenhuisterheide, Beetsterzwaag, the Dunes of Appelscha, the Duurswouderheide, The Alde Feanen, The Frisian Lakes, The Weerribben and Giethoorn. A trip along the Frisian eleven cities with their special fountains is perfectly feasible from the vacation home or enjoy a day on one of the beautiful Frisian islands. A supermarket can be found in the village of Jubbega 2 km away and in Gorredijk 5 km away are several supermarkets.
