Nice detached house right across from the dunes in the small seaside resort of Sint Maartenszee. The house is extremely cozy with a nice kitchen and a nice sunny terrace with wind catch. You can park your car on the private driveway. Spacious cozy living room with tiled floor. There is a sitting area with 2 sofas, TV and bookcase and a large dining table with 5 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Separate toilet, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub/shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. On the second floor 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 4 single beds. A crib is available. There is no internet available in this house.

Sint Maartenszee is a hamlet in the municipality of Schagen and, together with its sisters Sint Maartensvlotbrug, Sint Maartensbrug and Sint Maarten, forms a tourist core along the coast, a short distance from Callantsoog and Schagen. As a seaside resort, Sint Maartenszee fulfills primarily a tourist function. Bustling and active in summer, there is plenty of peace and quiet in winter.
