In the middle of the beautiful landscape of Krimpenerwaard you will find our converted farmhouse from 1890. We bought this farm in 2009 and have lovingly converted it into a house and vacation home / B and B. Are you looking for a cozy place to sleep with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a cozy kitchen and a spacious seating area upstairs with also a dining table. Also a covered terrace to sit outside overlooking the polder. The beds are wonderfully made upon arrival and towels are also provided. Bicycles can be placed in a shed. Everything is decorated with a brocante atmosphere, but with the comfort of today. It is also possible to book breakfast for 12.50 euros per person.
Nature and surroundings
If you like nature, cycling and walking you can go in many directions. We are between the farmers and the cows walk outside, also in the spring is very nice to see the lambs. We ourselves are not farmers, but enjoy what we see around us. We do have chickens, pigs, 4 cats and a dog. We are in the vicinity of Rotterdam, The Hague, Gouda and Utrecht, so it is easy to visit cities from here. Also the picturesque Schoonhoven, Kinderdijk and Oudewater are nice trips by bike.
