Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery near the beach of La Caletta, in north-eastern Sardinia. The house has an area of about 40 square meters and 45 square meters of covered veranda. Outside a large garden with reserved parking. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, utensils, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. In the living room flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and sofa bed. Full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, bidet and washing machine, fully equipped double bedroom. The windows have mosquito nets, there are also 2 fans for hot days. Outside there is a small living room with armchairs and coffee table, table and chairs for outdoor dining and independent TV. There is also a barbecue with sink and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The first center is La Caletta, just 1.5 km away, where you will find beautiful beaches, all useful services and connections.
