Welcome to this B&B in the outskirts of Geesteren near Borculo in Gelderland. A cozy and cozy cottage surrounded by meadows near the beautiful village of Geesteren in the Achterhoek. The nature house with its own entrance and view over the meadows gives you a feeling of space, peace and privacy. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom facilities, a complete living room and kitchen making it very suitable for a longer stay with 4 people, the whole is equipped with underfloor heating, 1 bathroom is extra spacious so that wheelchair users can use it. All rooms are on the ground floor! You can park on site and park your bike in a locked space. Pets and smoking not allowed. Kitchen with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, Terrace with awning, TV, Wifi (free), Washing and drying machine (for a fee) We provide the bed linen and towels and your bed is made upon arrival.
Nature and surroundings
Discover on foot or by bicycle, in the immediate vicinity, the Achterhoek scenery with its meadows, old oak lanes and protected nature reserves. Borculo and Lochem are easily accessible by bicycle, and have the necessary stores, supermarkets and eateries. At 500 meters from the B & B you can board the klompenpad about 12 km but also extend. In the vicinity you can also walk or cycle a tour (or have a) plotted along the Berkel, estate Beekvliet and environment Borculo, Geesteren, Gelselaar, Diepenheim. In Borculo with a small weekly market on Wednesday you can visit the crystal museum and the fire museum. By bicycle or car, the Zwillbrocker Venn is also within reasonable distance, this nature reserve just across the border with Germany is known for its resident flamingos.
